Understanding the Hussain Sagar waterfront
Hussain Sagar is an artificial lake that links Hyderabad and Secunderabad, with parks along its southern, eastern and northern shores. It was excavated in 1562 during the reign of Ibrahim Quli Qutb Shah and named after Hussain Shah Wali.
